Conditions for Returning Products

Return requests can only be made once you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return some of them is strictly prohibited.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Request your return by emailing us at info@ryanavavancouver.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Upon approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, located internationally.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (with tracking and insurance) to avoid any issues during transit.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item has been received at our return address and inspected for its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method used during the purchase.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking confirms that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If a wrong address is provided, the customer is fully responsible for any issues that arise.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure timely corrections.
